We’re a grassroots initiative dedicated to co-creating neuro-inclusive services and resources for adults (18+) across Canada.

Get to Know Us:

By collaborating directly with neurodiverse individuals and their support networks, we ensure that our programs are designed with users' real needs in mind. We focus on reducing systemic barriers and making healthcare and essential services more accessible and inclusive.

We empower People with Lived Experience (PWLE) by providing practical tools, support, and education—helping them navigate systems and access care with greater ease and confidence.

Our Impact:

Our program empowers People with Lived Experience (PWLE) by reducing the time and effort spent navigating complex systems, allowing them to focus on receiving the care they need. We've collaborated with stakeholders through peer support and a deep understanding of access barriers to create practical, effective solutions—even during challenging times like the pandemic.

Our Story:

2021

In 2021, we embarked on a journey to explore the support systems available for navigating workplace accommodations. Along the way, we were inspired by an extraordinary and richly diverse community's energy, insights, and resilience. This experience deepened our commitment to creating navigation systems that truly work for neurodivergent individuals.

2025

Officially launched in May 2025 and headquartered in Toronto, the Neurodiversity Collaborative operates virtually via Zoom. It offers flexible services Monday through Friday, 9 AM—5 PM EST, with options for scheduling outside of these hours to meet client needs. In-person meetings are available by request at a co-working space. Our mission is to ensure neuro-inclusive support reaches those who need it most, wherever they are.
